In addition, Swing Bed Patients who transition care to Teton Valley Health before returning home will also receive personalized physical, occupational, and speech therapy as part of their treatment plan. At Teton Valley Health, we offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy to inpatients and patients referred by their medical providers.
